This piece was created during my process of reworking my mindset, into creating art and design, with integrating it to be part of my life again. As I see myself working in the music entertainment industry, i saw the group CAIFANES was currently on tour; one of my all time childhood favorite bands. I love their sound and how dreamlike and metaphorical their lyrics are with a touch of psychedelic feeling. The process was created through listening to their music, more specifically the song “viento” and “La Celula Que Explota” on repeat. Used the multiple brushes in the Fresco program to create movement and an almost ability to touch the piece’s grainy, curvy texture. I did sketches but also free hand drawn, in the process of digitizing the art.

Wanted the experience of the close to real life touch of embroidery texture, and stitching; in the imagery, with a sparkle of joy to your eyes.
